Support has been very responsive and we've always been able to get a non-bs answer. We have had issues with false positives due to our aggressive PUA settings, but it has been easy to whitelist and restore files quickly. In short, it's extremely lightweight on resources. It's wicked fast because it detects primarily through pre-calculated hashes, but also uses behavior tracking to an extent (protected registry keys and system file access in which changed can be rewound). We have a ton of control from the web console like the silent automatic remediation.

Not to mention it only takes 5-20MB in RAM during idle and installs in 20 seconds, rather than downloading 250MB of definitions like Kaspersky did. I then shut down protection, installed a Zeus bot and a few rootkits, then started up Webroot, which detected the infections, requested a reboot, and upon coming back up marked clearing everything I infected it with. Webroot was the only security product that caught every single virus and piece of crapware (called a PUA by Webroot).

Infect, count how many get caught, revert snapshot. Trend Micro, Kaspersky, Webroot, BitDefender, ESET. I built a VM, made a checkpoint, and installed 30 viruses and 10 crapware programs. My company switched from Kaspersky + MalwareBytes to Webroot for our 1800 endpoints, one of the best decisions we've ever made.
